The TalkThru feature lowers the music so that you can chat in wireless mode while on the go. Ambient Aware allows for an immersive music experience while increasing ambient sounds, so that you can safely hear your surroundings while earing these earbuds.

We particularly liked the fact that the JBL Under Armour Flash earbuds come with sport flex fit ear tips for a secure listening experience, which ensures that the earbuds don’t fall out of your ears during exercises. Driver Sensitivity: 95 dB at 1kHz

Battery Life: 6 hours (14 hours with charging case)

What we liked: JBL signature sound with good soundstage and volume

What we don’t: Charging case feels rather heavy

The JBL Live 300 are some of the loudest wireless earbuds we have tested from JBL. They deliver JBL signature sound and are optimized to deliver crystal clear sound in a truly wireless setting. We like that these earbuds feature Fast Pair enabled by Google, allow you to connect your earbuds to your Android device the moment you take them out from the charging case. It also features an ergonomic fit and metallic design that’s comfortable to wear and durable.

Compared with the Powerbeats Pro and the Samsung Galaxy Buds, we found that the JBL Live 300 earbuds deliver louder sound with more bass without compromising audio quality. After tweaking the EQ settings, you get so much more volume and bass output with very little distortion at max volume levels. The highs and midranges are exceptionally crisp and clean, while the mid-range frequencies sound smooth and very well-defined.

We definitely enjoyed the bass output from the JBL Live 300 – the bass sounds well-rounded and punches deep and hard, making EDM and rock music very satisfying to listen to. The volume difference between these earbuds and the Galaxy Buds is really substantial and you’ll be able to hear volume improvement with the JBL Live 300.

That being said, the JBL Live 300 only has a battery life of 6 hours which is around average. The charging case is also slightly more bulky than expected, making them less portable although they are still relatively easy to carry around.

The JBL Live 300 earbuds come with ambient ware and TalkThru technology which allows you to move away from music immersion to focus on your surroundings. The Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 earbuds come with an oversized 11mm driver which adds bass impact to your audio experience. The customized Knowles balanced armature driver delivers sparkling treble response for balanced and nuanced listening. These earbuds have a rather V-shaped sound signature with an emphasis on the bass and upper midrange frequencies with crystal clear sound reproduction.

One thing we really liked about these earbuds is the soundstage. They have surprisingly good soundstage with width and depth; you can hear details in the music which you might not have heard before. The Bose SoundSport earbuds sound great for outdoor sports or indoor gym activities. They deliver crisp and clear sound with decent bass output. The design of these earbuds helps to block outside noises from entering into the earbud and provides a quiet listening experience while jogging or doing runs. We found that the highs and midrange frequencies well-defined, while vocals sound clear and present. The sound signature of these earbuds feels more towards the warmer side, with lesser timbre and sparkle but warmer midranges and mid-bass output. If you like warmer sound frequencies, these are definitely the earbuds you should get.

These wireless earbuds are very comfortable to wear. They also come with a charging case which charges quickly and is portable enough to carry around. Connecting these earbuds to your smartphone device is simple over Bluetooth. The Bose app also updates the firmware of the earbuds over time for more features such as EQ adjustment. There’s also a “Find My Buds” feature in the Bose Connect app which allows you to track where your earbuds are.

Finally, the Bose SoundSport earbuds have an integrated dual microphone array located on the right earbud for hands free calls when connected to your smartphone device.
